Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and HVAC estimation service operated by A&T Mechanical Heat & Air Services, Inc. (“Company”), located at 14900 Santa Fe Crossings, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013.
By accessing this website or using our estimation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or service.
Service description
A&T Mechanical provides HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator services to residential and commercial customers across Central Oklahoma. Our online HVAC estimation tool provides preliminary cost estimates. These estimates are:
Preliminary and subject to change after site inspection
Not binding quotes or final pricing
Valid for 14 days from the date of generation

Estimates and Pricing
Estimates generated by our online tool are preliminary and non-binding. Actual pricing may vary based on:
Site inspection findings
Code compliance requirements specific to your property
Hidden issues discovered during installation
Material and labor cost fluctuations at time of service
A final binding quote requires an in-person site visit by an A&T Mechanical technician. No work will begin without your written authorization of final pricing.
Property Owner and Renter Requirements
Property owners must provide proof of ownership upon request, are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before work begins, and are financially responsible for all agreed work.
Renters — important notice: Written landlord approval is mandatory before any HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work can be performed on a rental property. This approval must explicitly authorize the modifications requested. Renters will be held personally liable for all costs if work is performed without documented landlord approval. A&T Mechanical reserves the right to decline service without verified approval.
Warranties and Guarantees
Equipment installed by A&T Mechanical is covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. Installation workmanship is warranted per the terms of your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature. Contact us for specific warranty terms applicable to your installation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Oklahoma law:
Our total liability for any claim arising from services or this website shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, supply chain disruptions, or utility outages.
This website and the estimation tool are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranty that estimates will be accurate, complete, or free from error.
Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services will be resolved in Oklahoma County courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at okatmechanical@gmail.com. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation, arbitration, or small claims court as appropriate under Oklahoma law.
